We process personal data that you provide when placing a booking or contacting us. This includes:

• Pickup and destination addresses
• Date and time of the ride
• Number of passengers and suitcases

• Payment information (processed by Stripe—we do not store payment details)

3. Why do we process your data?

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Performance of the agreement: to process your booking, send a confirmation and provide the ride.
• Communication: to contact you about your ride or answer your questions.
• Payment processing: to process payment through Stripe.
• Legal obligations: to comply with tax and administrative obligations.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of:

• Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)—to provide your booking.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)—to improve our services.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)—for tax records.

5. How long do we retain your data?

We do not retain your personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Booking data is retained for as long as required by law (statutory tax retention period: 7 years). After the retention period, your data is securely deleted.

6. Sharing data with third parties

We only share your data with third parties where necessary to provide our services:

• Stripe: for secure payment processing. Stripe complies with PCI-DSS and the GDPR. Read Stripe's privacy policy.
• Resend: for sending confirmation emails. Data is used solely for email delivery.
• Google Maps: to calculate routes and addresses. Read Google's privacy policy.

We never sell your data to third parties or provide it for commercial purposes.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses the following categories of cookies:

• Functional cookies (always active): necessary for the website to function correctly, for example to remember your cookie preferences.
• Analytics cookies (only with consent): we use Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Tag Manager to measure website visits anonymously. IP addresses are anonymised. These cookies are only placed if you have consented through the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser history and localStorage.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe's secure environment.
