How is Schiphol Airport laid out?
Schiphol has one passenger terminal, but several departure piers: B, C, D, E, F, G and H. Your boarding pass shows which pier you need. All piers are accessible through the central departure hall.
Where will your taxi drop you off?
For departures, your TaxxxiVanAmsterdam driver takes you to the drop-off lane outside the main building. From there, walk to your airline's check-in desk. The check-in desks are divided among three halls (1, 2 and 3).
- Hall 1: KLM, Delta, Air France and partners
- Hall 2: easyJet, Transavia, Vueling and low-cost airlines
- Hall 3: British Airways, Lufthansa, Emirates and other airlines
Where will your driver meet you on arrival?
Our driver will be waiting in the Schiphol arrivals hall — on the ground floor of the main building. Look for the name sign after passing through customs. We monitor your flight in real time and adjust the pick-up time if it is delayed.
