Transport with a wheelchair or walker
Our Mercedes-Benz V-Class has space in the luggage compartment for folded wheelchairs and walkers. Your driver will help you get in and out and make sure you are seated safely and comfortably.
When booking, let us know if you are bringing a wheelchair, walker or other mobility aids. We can then assign the right vehicle and allow extra time for getting in and out.

Taxi to a hospital or specialist
Need to get to AMC, VUmc, OLVG, BovenIJ or another medical centre in Amsterdam? We take you door to door, help you get out and, if you wish, wait for you for the return journey.
Taxi to Schiphol with a wheelchair or limited mobility
Schiphol has excellent facilities for travellers with limited mobility, but you are responsible for arranging transport to the airport. We will get you to the departures hall safely and on time.
Tip: ask your airline about wheelchair assistance at the airport—it's free and coordinated at the gate. We'll take care of the ride there.

Going to a hospital or specialist? Book your return journey at the same time. Your driver will allow for your appointment running late.
Provide an additional contact
For medical trips, it's helpful to provide a family member or caregiver as an additional contact. Your driver can reach them if you are unavailable.
