When is a minibus the best choice?
A minibus is ideal when travelling with:
- 5 to 8 passengers (including luggage)
- A family with children and lots of luggage
- A business group travelling to Schiphol or a meeting
- Friends or colleagues heading to an event or festival
- Guests travelling to a wedding or party
Minibus fares
Schiphol fares vary by departure zone and vehicle. Examples from the rate list:
- Amsterdam Centre → Schiphol: 7-seat minibus € 65, 8-seat minibus € 75.
- Amstelveen → Schiphol: 7-seat minibus € 50, 8-seat minibus € 60.
For trips that do not involve Schiphol, the base fare for the first 7 km is € 40 for a car, € 45 for a 7-seat minibus and € 50 for an 8-seat minibus; each additional kilometre is charged separately.
